Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Nuvellohome, operated by ADRENASHOP LLC, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our online shop or place an order.

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force since September 2023).

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to operate the shop and process your order:

  • Order data: First and last name, delivery address, billing address, email address, telephone number, order contents and order number.
  • Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Communication data: Content of emails, contact form messages and telephone inquiries.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected by our shop platform for the security and operation of the shop.
  • Newsletter data: Your email address, if you sign up.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

  • To process your order - performance of the contract entered into with us. Without this data, we cannot deliver.
  • To respond to your inquiries - our legitimate interest in providing good customer service.
  • To comply with legal obligations - accounting and tax laws require certain records to be retained.
  • To send newsletters - solely on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to operate the shop, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Shopify - our shop platform and hosting provider.
  • Our payment providers - to process payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Swiss Post - our shipping provider, which receives the delivery address to deliver your package.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Cookies

Our shop uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the shop running - they save your shopping cart, keep you logged in, and protect checkout. They cannot be turned off without making the shop unusable.

Non-essential cookies (functional, performance, and targeting cookies) are only set if you consent through our consent banner (Pandectes GDPR Compliance); you can change your selection at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. The categories used are listed in our Cookie Policy. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

6. Retention period

We retain order and invoice data for 10 years, as required by Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) for the retention of business records.

We delete contact inquiries once the matter has been resolved and there is no retention obligation. We delete newsletter data when you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), you have the right:

  • to request information about the data processed concerning you,
  • to have inaccurate data corrected,
  • to have your data deleted, provided there is no retention obligation,
  • to object to the processing of your data,
  • to request your data in a commonly used format and
  • to withdraw any consent given at any time, with effect for the future.

9. Data security

Our store is delivered exclusively via an encrypted TLS connection, as indicated by the padlock in your browser’s address bar. Payment data is transmitted in encrypted form directly to the payment service provider and does not reach our own systems.

10. Amendments to this Policy

We will update this Privacy Policy if our services or the legal situation change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update below.
