Payment Policy
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods in our store:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
You can see which payment methods are actually available to you at checkout and in the footer of each page.
2. Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in Swiss francs (CHF), including any applicable VAT. The total amount payable is shown before you complete your order.
3. When payment is processed
Payment is due when you place your order. The amount is charged to your selected payment method at that time, and your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Payment security
Our store is delivered exclusively over an encrypted TLS connection, indicated by the padlock in your browser's address bar.
Card and wallet payments are processed directly by our payment service providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number, and complete card details are never transmitted to our own systems.
5. Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no amount is charged. Please check the details you entered or choose another of the payment methods listed above. If a payment fails repeatedly, first contact your bank or card issuer and then contact us at kontakt@nuvellohome.com.
6. Authorization holds
Some banks may show a temporary authorization on your account even when a payment has not gone through. These holds are automatically released by your bank, usually within a few days (Monday to Friday). No amount is charged by us.
7. Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds to another card or account are not possible. We process approved refunds within 5 days (Monday to Friday) of receiving your return; your bank may need an additional 3 - 5 days (Monday to Friday) for the amount to appear. 8. Pricing errors
We carefully review our prices. However, should an obvious pricing error occur, we will contact you before processing your order. You can confirm the corrected price or cancel free of charge.
