2. Delivery to Germany, Austria, and the USA
Nuvellohome delivers to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and the USA. The same terms apply to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria: free standard shipping, processing time of 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday), and transit time of 5 - 7 days (Monday to Friday).
Shipments to Germany and Austria are sent from Switzerland and delivered with duties paid: we cover all customs duties, import VAT, and customs clearance costs. You will incur no additional costs upon delivery. Delivery in the destination country is handled by Swiss Post's national postal partner, with end-to-end tracking.
Delivery to the USA
Standard shipping to the USA is also free. The processing time is 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday), and the transit time is 6 - 7 days (Monday to Friday) - 7 - 9 days (Monday to Friday) in total. The same order cut-off time of 15:00 (CET) applies.
Shipments to the USA are sent from Switzerland and delivered with duties paid (DDP): we cover all US import duties, additional duties, and customs clearance costs. You will incur no additional costs upon delivery. Delivery in the USA is handled by the US Postal Service (USPS), the partner of Swiss Post, with end-to-end tracking.
We do not currently ship to other countries.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times at a Glance
We offer free standard shipping to Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the USA. There are no hidden shipping or handling fees and no minimum order value.

Orders received Monday to Friday by 3:00 p.m. (CET) are processed the same day; later orders, as well as orders placed on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next day (Monday to Friday).
Partial deliveries: If individual items in an order are temporarily unavailable, we are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.
4. Tracking
Track your delivery at any time at nuvellohome.com/apps/parcelpanel (tracking). Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our Track Your Order page.
5. Undeliverable Packages and Incorrect Address Details
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs for resending a package after an incorrect address was provided may be charged. If the error is ours, we will cover all costs.
6. The Shipping Process
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with a complete overview of your purchase.
Processing then begins. This usually takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday).
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking details.
Shipping usually takes 5 - 7 days (Monday to Friday) to Switzerland, Germany and Austria, and 6 - 7 days (Monday to Friday) to the USA, after dispatch.
The total estimated delivery time is therefore around 6 - 9 days (Monday to Friday) to Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, or 7 - 9 days (Monday to Friday) to the USA.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly for reasons beyond our control, such as delays by the shipping provider, public holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high order volume.
7. Delivery Delays
If an order has not arrived after the maximum stated delivery time has elapsed, we recommend waiting 2 additional days (Monday to Friday) and checking the tracking link first.

Please provide your order number so that we can check your delivery and assist you quickly.
8. Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@nuvellohome.com or +41447314512, before the order has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at kontakt@nuvellohome.com and include clear photos of the issue.
After inspection, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
If a return is required, we will provide you with return instructions and cover the return shipping costs in full.
